tables are buffered in these times only on these conditions.
1 buffered allowed
2.buffered not allowed
3.buffered not allowed & switched on .
becoz buffered not allowed & switched on is the best to
buffered the table.

Not in all the situation,if table is frequentely updated,
then it must be buffered i.e transactional table and no
need to buffer the master data.

Transparent & Pooled Tables are Buffered.
In transparent Tables, Master Tables are buffered bcz its
data don't change regularly. Therefore, Every time master
data can be picked very fast from Buffer.
