there are 2 types
1.Inclusion means 100 order 20 free means 100-20=80
80 main item
20 free goods
2.exclusion means 100 order 20 free 100+20=120
100 main item
20 free goods

Types of Free Goods:
1) Inclusive
2) Exclusive
lets say that company is offering 2 qty as free goods to the customer for 10 Qty.
Now lets understand Inclusive: Same quantity will be offered as the free goods. for ex. If customer order Laptops with 10Qty then the customer will get 2 laptops as free.
Now lets understand Exclusive: If customer orders 10 Qty Laptops then the company offers them different products for free like Charger, External HD, Mouse etc...

Apart from material swaping what is the use of material determination.what all the places we can use condition technique ( except pricing). Please give real time example.

Status Profile I have a doubt in Status Profile. I have set the status profile and I can see the same in order, however please confirm if the authorized person now needs to approve it, how he will do that. I am testing it in IDES, not sure about the last step For example if it is VA01- Will he go to VA01 to approve it or reject it. Please suggest as I am not sure about the last step.
