In my organisation no PLC is there for controlling the
logics in best optumum time and relible manner. PLC stand
for "programable logic controller".All word have its
specific meaning say
Programable- Means Any logic as per the process requirments
can be programmed in its controller. There are various way
of doing the programming like ladder logic programming,
control system programming and through Functional block
diagram.
Logic- All the process requirments are build into some
logic and it may be and , or , EX-OR, or combination of all
these.
Controller-All these programing is to be carried and saved
in CPU which is known as controller.
By the combination these it is called PLC

of course, in basics
its a input, output, memory plus cpu moduler combination.
that can be programmed or reprogrammed as per process
requirement in different languagies as per software
compatibility.generally in ladder logic (because it simple
in understanding than other).
main advantage is reprogramming of it & without doing any
hardwiring change.

ya my organization is having Siemens s7-300 plc's which is
used for controlling the conveyor in CHP plant
Is This Answer Correct ? | 4 Yes | 1 No |
In addition to the above explanatios, PLC make the system
simpler and gives the flexibility to reprogram to meet the
plant demands as and when arrises and reduces the complex
electrical circuits, in turn trouble free when comparing
complex pure electrical control circuits.

Helloooooooooooooooo
Question is
Do you have any P.L.C in your organization?
and its not

ya my organisation is having the plc which is siemens S7-
200,S7-300,S7-400 honeywell loader 620-1200,loader620-3600.
plc is a device which is is based on digital electronic and
it logically performs the operation.
programme are written in ladder form which is uploaded in
the cpu of the plc and then the plc performs the operation.
ex- for controlling conveyer movement, for forge operation.
