1.We use indirect valuation for HRA in wagetype characteristics so that the system calculates 40% r 50% for all employees...but if the client asks to calculate 30% for a particular employee then is there any chance to configure like that? 2.In their company there r 2 employee groups...regular, contract..both groups come under monthly basis but they pay salaries on 2 different dates for the 2 groups...then how many payroll areas we need to create?

I practiced SAP HR on IDES 4.7 On my desktop, later now I moved to USA and now I connected my Hard drive to laptop using external hard drive device but now I'm unable to access SAP.I could see all the files, there is no problem with hard drive.Do anybody know what is the loophole, So that I can makes changes and practice it.I appreciate your help.
In Over time scenarios we have TW15 subschema,my doubt is it's work for positive time or negetive time,if it is negetive ,In pa30 how to maintain hours in 2002 with attendence type ,my doubt is few hours like 14 or my dws is 8 hours(S) and 6 hrs in 2002 how and how the pcr's work please explain me anybody......
