First login to 000 client.Go to STMS and create Transport domine controler.Create TMSADM user.Create RFC user Traget system.Add both System in stms and create route of both system.

first of login 000 client ddic user...cal transaction se06 ....post steps and stms through configure... while configure dev in stms automatically create default user. tmsadm.... and few file like domain.cfg, tp_domain_sid.pfl
