Role: Role contains set of logically linked transaction
codes that we are assingning to role at Menu tab.
Profile: It contains Authorizations and Authorization
objects. Profile represents job position in the system.

In Basis we can create the role and assign the role to the
employees. We create the roles but the profile will be
automatically generated when we click on generate profile
button. For all this we used PFCG command. This command is
used for the role and profile generation.

A Role is defined as the Part Played by the User and
Profile is defined as to which profile a user is authorised
to when coming to SAP.A profile can of 3 stages
Classified,Maintained and NotMaintained.So,always a profile
should be in Maintained state when Transported .
