Account Group Controls the Master records. It controls the number range of Master record and Field status group (Supress, Required, Optional and Display) also.

Account group controls the customer master data, that means it controls which field id mandatory , suppress and optional.

Through account group we can identify which is one time or regular customer.

Purpose of account group
1) it controls the fields in master data whether to make the field mandatory or display or suppress or optional.
2) it controls the number range .
3) it controls the partner function.

The account group controls the entire master record.

It controls :
- Which screens and fields you want to use for the master record,
- which field is mandatory, optional, suppress or hide.
- which partner functions allowed.

hi every one, When i am doing PGI in consigment fillup,an error is showing,that is "Deficit of SL Unrestricted use 100ea:730 (mat number)ZPB1(Plant)LS1(storage location). I had mainten special stock in mb1c ie. movement type 561w. and in metarial my basic unit is ea and saleing unit is box and 1 ea.= 1 box. Hope that i can clarify my problem properly. kindly help me out...

Hi guys. When ever i want to delete the assignment Plant to shipping point i am unable to do that. System shows me "shipping point 0001 is still assigned to a picking location. How can i rectify this problem. Pls tell me. Thanks

For retro active billing, is there any configuration to be done apart from the Pricing Procedure(with Rebate cond types)? Say suppose if i have some 1000 documents, does i get 1000credit or debit memos or is there any solution for wre i shud not get credit or debit memo.(bcoz VFRB gives us ony credit or debit) Plz do give some of ur inputs. Hi, Can anyone proivde the soluiton for the below senirio, thanks in advance. We are providing test services to various sites of a corporate. Now, we want to bill as a single bill point i.e. Corporate office. Single bill for each site will be generated. E.g. Panac Labs, New Delhi Head Office Panac Labs, Mumbai Lab at Mumbai Panac Labs, Kolkata Lab at Kolkata Panac Labs, Indore Lab at Indore In above case, we are cattering services to all four locations.
