As we know that the rating of the transformer remains same as we consider it from the HT or LT side. The o/p can be determined by multiplying the rating with the power factor (i.e. 0.8 which is a standard value).
KW o/p = KVA * p.f.
= 25*0.8 KW
= 20 KW

The Output of the transformer depends on its load .,means whether it is capacitive or inductive.,But approximately we will take the powerfactor as 0.8.
So If 25 Kva transformer then it is 25*0.8=20KW.It means maximum we can supply this much of consumers
