Generally Mass transports are not preffred.
It can be done through Fully loaded truck. Well if you use
fully loaded Truck then it transports everything Thats
present in your system. Systems might crash.
The other way is by using the scripts i guess... Generally
everybody use the scripts.

we can do it from os level.
tp import all <target system> pf=<complete path of the
parameter file>

TP import <TR NUMBER> SID client=NNN pf=profilename
the drawbacks of mass transports is that, say for example you are importing 10 tr's with the above command using scripts.
If one of the TR fails you wont be notified regarding it and the import continues with the rest of the TR's. So it is always better to confirm twice before using importing from OS level.

MASS TRANSPORT :
Goto STMS_IMPORT
Select first request and press F9 key and again select second request and press F9 and so on
Finally press Truck button and import mass transport
