your corporate group uses a standard chart of accounts.

the alternative a/c no it is uesd to store the old legasy system account no aganist the new number in sap.this is paricul use the new sap users who are still getting new char of accounts.

I need to create a GL account but I encounter an error . No PCA00L statement account type is defined chart of accounts CA00. So I try to maintain the retained earnings account in OB53 but I still encounter an error that I need to create an account first in FSP0 before I can maintain the retained earnings account. How should I proceed with this issue. Thanks!

We have 4 Co. Codes in India out of which one is Indian Head Office, 4 Co. Codes in US out of which one co. code is head office US and 5 Co. Codes in France and one out of which is head office there.
