i strongly believe that there is no way to change number ex.
qt 10 to qt 10.1 in SD. but there is a option in SPRO -IMG -
sales- sales documents-sales order version -configure sales
order version ....well, i was try and gonethrough it's not
affected is getting errors ,,,hence not possible ,, surely
it will be done by the ABAp programmming, pls find the link

Hello All,

I need to maintain Version Management for SD. My client's requirement is whenever they change Quotation or Sales order they get version number.

E.G

Quotation Created -----> 10
Change Quotation -----> 10.1
Change quotation again ----> 10.2

just to remember the purpose of changing Quotation . Is it possible to do in SAP SD.

In a sales order, I want to give a material as free item, I have entered the item no. in higher level item category, item category is coming as TANN, but system still calculates the value as normal material. How to configure that system will not calculate for that free material?

Is it possible to block a material for sales order so that it should not give any yellow exclamation-warning message....in other way it should give an error message so that we can not proceed further? Also..is it possible for the bloking customers in the same way...if so ..how?

here i want to give the discount first 10 sales orders but system should not calculate 11th sales order. How we can configure this.

Hi Friends, Can any one of you give me /share the difficult / most challenging High priority / Emergency /medium tickets as this question is asked more frequently in all SAP SD interviews. Please provide 2-3 most difficult/ typical rare issues /tickets which can be explained easily in interview. When we include a new customer, we have to maintain condition record every time or there is a process by which we can validate the condition record to that new customer belonging to the same sales area or can copy the cond. records belonging to same company code?
