eg : A discount/surcharge, B price ,C reimbursement(rebate), D tax
condition category is further classification to condition class
has relation ship with field PRICING TYPE of copy control
eg : pricing type G controls that keep pricing elements unchanged and only redetermine the taxes whose condition category is D
