genarally client requirement is not match in sap process,

we have to write the user exits, functional specs.

gap is nothing but the difference b/w the as-is and to-be

for exp:

client has change the dunning letter format or adding some
fields in the dunning letter. sap sys does not support
directly in that situation to fulfill this gaps as,
we have to the specs
1.functional specs
1.technical specs

After in rebate process after all necessary configuration whan I am going to creat condition record for rebete agreement through t-code vb01 and when I put 0002(material rebate) in agreement type,the error comes as "Material listing/exclusion type 0002 is not defined" ". And also I have my own agreement type.when i put that one,the response is also same. So how can I solve this problem???
