For 300*300 size column
rings will be 300-(40*2)=220mm
220mm on 4sides i.e =880mm
for bending purpose on two end 75mm to be kept.
i.e 880+75+75=1030mm
For right angle 2*d to be added.
i.e 2*8*4=64mm
So totally = 1030+64=1094mm.

i know that, the for calculating material required for concrete volume of concrete is taken 50-54 % more for wet volume. i have querry is that cement and sand volume taken more for making wet volume but in the case of aggregate why it is taken more there is no change in aggregate whether it is dry or wet.???? can you give me answer for this???
