In DownPayment Request processing suppose let us take a scenario where in customer has to pay 1 lacs rupees . He already paid some 30,000 rupees. In such a case how do you know to which G/L account this partial amount is posted to?/ How we will come to know that which G/L account has been determined for this Total amount as well for Partial amount in DownPayment Procedure in SAP SD.Please provide detailed answer.

In consignment fill up we delivery goods to customer site, is there any agrement with customer? if yes what type of agreement(relating price)?if no with out agrement how can we place rupes lacks of amount to customer site? i faced this question in HLL?

Status Profile I have a doubt in Status Profile. I have set the status profile and I can see the same in order, however please confirm if the authorized person now needs to approve it, how he will do that. I am testing it in IDES, not sure about the last step For example if it is VA01- Will he go to VA01 to approve it or reject it. Please suggest as I am not sure about the last step.
