Once the operation is Milestone confirmation operation and
it is getting cofirmed,then all the preceding operation up
to untill the previous milestone operation gets confirmed
automatically.

Confirming Milestone operation automatically confirms
preceding operations and sub operations of preceding
operations also.But sub operations of operation which is
set as milestone confimation does not get automatically
confirmed.This has to be manually confirmed.
