Reconciliation is nothing but a link between gl acccounts and sub ledger.with out this link we can't post directly in sub ledgers. it will not update our gl accounts.

open item management is used to clear the outstandings. in this method we can clear full payment, partial payment, or residual payment.

Hi Gurus, Iam getting an error in MT940 uploading ff.5. after processing it is showing account was not updated in the status bar and when i clicked on information it is showing me INR: statement 200900000 is not in the bank data. when i clicked on the help it is showing Diagonis : the previous account statement is not imported.
