Field status Group defines Screen layout for G/L account
entry. Multiple Field Status Group are grouped together in
Field Status Variant, which is assigned to Company Code.
This way Field status group can be used in different Field
Status Variant and Company codes.

Field states group controls the transactions fields. Means
what ever coming in header & line items when we are posting
a document. E.g.: document date, due date, text, tax etc.,

This type of Field states groups are available in field
status variant. One FSV(field status variant) contain
n-number of FSG(Field states group), FSG is assigned in
account master data. That account FSG controls that
account transactions fields.

FIELD STATUS CONTROL THE ADDITIONAL ACCOUNT ASSIGNMENT AND OTHER FIELDS THAT CAN BE POSTED AT THE LINE ITEM LEVEL FOR A GEL A/C . FIELD STATES VA RENT MEANS SEVERAL FIELD STATUS GROUPS MAINTAIN THE ONE VARIENT IT IS CALLED FIELD STATUS VARIENT.

In Asset accounting I have 10000 Assets with me and we have posted depreciation for all the 10000 assets for the month of March Now we are in April and my account is saying that there are 5 assets need to be reversed due to some reason and he has asset numbers also, they are using ECC Can this be done ? As a consultant what will be the solution you give on this scenario?

I have create a company and Chart of account. I have also assign chart of account with company code. After that I have create G/L accounts Group with chart of account. When I am creating G/L Account, I am facing a error " Account does not exist in chart of account for specified co. code REMO." I have create Accounts group 1 to 1000 for current assets but I am facing this problem when i am creating account 1 for bank. Please help me....
