/BIC/DXXXP-DATAPACKAGE DIM
/BIC/DXXXT-TIME DIM
/BIC/DXXXU-UNIT DIM
One IC can contain 16dimensions but we can create only 13
dimensions,rest of 3dimensions(P,T,U) system will create.

and system generated 3 dimensions(/bic/dxxxxP,T,U)
TOTAL 16
2.IF IT IS BI CONTENT IC
Same as above but naming convention is
