if u do the adjustment in the string at the actuator, or
compress the spring, u will get the opposing force to move the
stem in the control valve that is called bech set .it depents
on the control valve. mostly foe small valve we use 3-15 psi
and for medium we use 6-30 psi .thanks

both r same.bench set is called inherent pressure range of the actuator.that is maximum and minimum pressure applied to the actuator.
