Depreciation Area :It defines how you going to valuate your company assets its based on the Company requirement like Book Depreciation..Tax Depreciation etc etc...

chat of depreciation is base of asset configuration.without chat of depreciation we con't do anything in asset scenarios.it is like a chat of account of asset master data.

depreciation area is which level we have to calculate depreciation of particular asset.first we have to select which category's are using the depreciation calculation.while creating the chat of depreciation.

My company has 2 mode of payment method. 1- is resudial method and 2. is partial method.
