change request in a process which we deals during the support project. it is one of daily task which we perform. change request arise when the client introduce any new product, division or new legal policy etc.
change request flow. first the client will send the request in the cq tools -come to specific queue-discovery session-sizing session- ccb- complete development cycle- move to production- production verification-closed.
