Field Status group determine the screen layout for documnet
entry,1.Optional entry - you can enter data in the field
2.Mandatory entry - you must enter data in the field
3.Suppressed - the field does not appear on the screen

particular GL account. For Ex: cost center, internal
orders, etc.....
