run BTCTRNS1 this holds the background jobs which are running
lock the users and logged out of the system
perform client copies
perform post processing through scc7 if needed
unlock the users

In CUA Environment, need to take care of RFC connections
between parent system and child systems, so need to take
backup of RFC which are stored in table RFCDES.
