Closing: 80-140ms

Generally the operating time of the circuit breakers
depends on the designer. The opening time of the breaker
should be less than the closing of the breaker. Opening
time should be less than or equal to 20msec (preferrable).
Closing time depends but preferrably less than 90msec.
