UPS means Uninterruptable Power Supply. Its function is to
convert AC power into DC and store in a Battery when AC
supply is interrupted (no electricity, under voltage or over
voltage) then UPS act as a power supply by Inverting DC to
AC from the charged Battery.

important role in industrial process because the field
intruments should give continous signal to the control
system and if in case power has shut down due to abnormal
condition in plant then also control system need some
process parameters to avoid hazards so ups can give
continous supply to the field instrumens and as per the
requirment in the process

1> MAINS UNDER AND OVER VOLTAGE CUT-OFF CIRCUIT
2> BATTERY CHARGER CIRCUIT
3> RELAY CHANGE OVER CIRCUIT(FROM MAIN TO BATTERY MODE-IN ABSENCE OF UTILITY)
4> BATTERY DEEP CUT OUT CIRCUIT (AT LOW BATTERY THIS CKT WILL CUT OFF BATTERY FROM CKT)
5> INVERTER CONTROL CIRCUT (CONVERTS FROM DC TO AC)
6> POWER OUTPUT STAGE (WITH THE HELP OF TIMER(555),TRANSISTOR AS A SWITCH AND USING MOSFET OR IGBT WITH APPROPRIATE DRIVER TO SWING DIRECT CURRENT TO ALTERNATING AT 180 DEGREE PHASE DIFFERENCE AND PRODUCING 50 HZ FREQ WE CAN DELIVER THE 220 V AC POWER

normal supply are fail. it consist of three part which is
rectifire battary & invertsr in normal condition normal
supply given to this device battary chanrged from this
supply & when normal suplty is gone then load oprated in
battary supply

Input power is 380 - 450 V but with 45 - 55 Hz frequency - desired output is 415 V and 50hz with 1% variation permissible. CVT / Servo dont stabilize the Frequency - what is best solution??
