ACB would be installed as a main feeder in a large
distribution and having multiple safeties as compare to MCCB
ACB can be operated with remote etc...

ACB's are CAT B devices. these devices are supposed to
withstand the overload current for specific periods thereby
allowing the downstream devices like MCCB's & MCB's to trip
before ACB in case of a fault.
