Parking documents is used when we need to get any
clarification regarding some account. We can temporarily
park or store this document till we get it cleared or
approved. Then we can post it.

Remember..... parking does not update the accounts..... It
just stores the document.

Where as posting will update the accounts.

Ex: Reducing/Increasing account balances

Hi,

Park document means- if you need some more information or
if you want to take the approval from approver..we will
park and send for approval/Query. Once it gets
resolved/approved..the parked document can be post.

Park document is like a incomplete document or hold document. You can hold your document for various reason like incomplete information or approval for seniors. It will have no financially impact.

In live, park document is used for the inconstant expenses occuring for period to period. simply we can say invoices are parked in sap when po is not available.

In which tables SAP save information for a material calculation? I find KEKO and KEPH. But where (which tables) is the link to the info record which are used for the calculation?
