We have to take motor efficiency also ,i.e
I= kw/1.732*415*cos@*efficiency
Then we will get Exact Amp (Nameplate amp)

P=30 Kw = 30000 w
we know that ,
P=1.732VI*(power factor)
I=30000/(1.732*440*0.9)
I=43.7 amps [power factor in application is 0.9]

P=1.732*V*I*Cosphi
So As per Details
P=30 KW
V=440 Volts
Then,
I=30 KW/1.732*440*0.8
Wher Cos phi=0.8
