the metal body of the train provides a much lesser resistive path for the current to flow as compared to the highly resistive human body of ours..

due to high loses...........
if current is feel then it have low voitage,
due to heat effect....H=i2rt. maximum electric is wastage.
and safety purpose dc series motor are used in electric train.
