COA is reporting tool which contains list of GL accounts
with its type and discription. COA segment is part while
maintaining GL accounts that requisite to crete
Discrioption and GL account type.
Company code is entity to draw out P&L,Balance Sheet,Cash
Flow(Financial statements) or inteded to seperate the books
of acocunts. Company code segment is where Account
currency,Field status groups,Sort keys etc are maintained.

COA information may be created at cleint level and accessed
by all company code, but information in company code
segment is explicitly for that company code
