Proportional term is to the magnitude of error.
Integral term is to the number of errors occur at a given
time. This will have an action after several errors occurred
in a given time (lag compensation).
Derivative term is to the rate of change of the error in a
given time. This will have the ability to predict the

I am applied 100 % pressure on to the air to open control valve,but the valve is not fully closed..and 10-15% is open the valve. how to calibrate the control valve?
