i think isolator is an switchigns divces only but circuit
breaker is ony safety divces for ex any short circuit and
over current (reated current )that time circuit braker is
trip.

why 3 phase is converted into 2 phase using electronics circuit why not 2 phases are diresctly putted from the 3 phase transformer??
