KW/Kg is more for 3 phase motor than single phase motor of
same rating. also there is no need of starting winding for
creating RMF in 3-phase induction motor.

3phase motor less noise than single phase motor why because
single phase motor always receiving pulsating field but
3phase not like that and then speed torque characteristic
also good for 3phase motor. Resultant flux in the single
phase is zero so it is not self starting but 3phase motor
not like that
