Well, you should concentarte on GL, AP and AR. Now, if you
are looking for topics underneath then you must be familiar
with the the Financial accounting Global settings and
interrelationships.

Somethings that I consider important are

a) Account Determination
b) Field Statuses and what must be set or not set and where
c) Payment Processing and being able to understand and fix
exceptions
d) Dunning
e) Period Closing and reporting including Finacial Statements
