An electrical shock is pathophysiological process of an
electrical current through human body.
When more than 30mA current passes through human body then
it is concern to be a person is in serious danger if
electrical current not interrupted within short time.
The degree of danger of an electrical shock is depends on
the magnitude of the current, the part of the body which
through current passes & duration of the flowing current.
refer to the IEC standers 60479-1

any one can get electrical shock when current flows in a
human body due to the voltage

EXPERIENCE SHOCK BECAUSE IF THERE IS ANY POENTIAL
DIFFERENCE THEN CURRENT WILL FLOW AND SUPPOESE HUMAN BODY
(WHICH HAS SOME RESISTENCE) IS IN CONTACT THEN IT GIVES LOW
RESISTENCE PATH TO IT AND THE PERSON WILL GET SHOCK

Voltage and Current are depending with each other. Voltage
and Current will be defined based on the load resistance.
When the load(Human Body) has high resistance, there wont
be any current. Then you wont get any shock. Think ...you
are getting shock when you touch a coin cell your tonque.
But you wont get the shock, when you touch with your hand.
Because you have more resistance in your hand and less
resistance in your tonque
Conclusion:
SHOCK IS DUE TO THE RESISTANCE OF THE HUMAN BODY

In electrical system, human body is a load like as light. Bulb
Wil bel energised , while getting voltage and close path for flowing of current. So human wiill be getting shock while getting voltage and close path of current. Therefore human getting shock while current flow through the body and potential difference between body

only the amount of current flowing through the human body is
the cause of electric shock not the voltage.
a human can withstand up to 50V DC without feeling shock.
because the current is very less to feel the shock.
if at the same voltage(50V) we pass 100mA through a human
body using a current source, he will get a severe electric
shock.

Also to IEC standards 60479-1;
Shock is a reflex action when body sense external electron
flow.If we donot sense it ,there is safety.
