a human can withstand up to 50V DC without feeling shock.
because the current is very less to feel the shock.
if at the same voltage(50V) we pass 100mA through a human
body using a current source, he will get a severe electric
shock.

series.

in delta connected winding the net resistance across the
line voltage will be more as the winding across line volt
are in parallel. (one winding will be in parallel with

than the resistance of one winding in delta)
