whatis diference between zero pressure and obsolute pressure

basically there is no zero pressure in trems, but we say
guage pressure is considered as zero at open to atmosphere.
and Amospheric pressure is 14.7psi if we minus the
atmospheric pressure from guage pressure we got the
absolute pressure.

Regarding , there is an air cooler which control the fans(50% of AV FANS) by temperature in outlet , and the louver of Air cooler is controlled by HIC from control system , So if on Air cooler we will consider 2 individual I/P converter or positioner?
