1) AT header level, using the Delivery Block field.
2) At item level, using Reason for Rejection field.

sales document can be blocked by activating sales doc block at
sales document type lvl(VOV8)

we can block the sales document in two ways

1 in the sales document type( delivery block)if we maintain
this the whole document will be blocked

2 I n the schedule-line level ( delivery block)if we
maintain this we can block particular item only

AT HEADER LEVEL BY BLOCKIG FOR BILLING AND DELIVERY BLOCK
AND AT LEVEL IN SALES TAB USING REASON FOR REJECTION FOR
DELIVERY BLOCK AND IN BILLING TAB BILLING BLOCK, THIS WAY
WE CAN BLOCK A SALES DOCUMENT AT 4 PLACES.

sales document can be blocked at three places depending on
the customer risk categories, they are
1. sales order level (high risk customer)
2. delivery level (medium risk customer)
3. goods issue level( low risk customer)
