sales document type lvl(VOV8)

we can block the sales document in two ways

1 in the sales document type( delivery block)if we maintain
this the whole document will be blocked

2 I n the schedule-line level ( delivery block)if we
maintain this we can block particular item only

sales document can be blocked at three places depending on
the customer risk categories, they are
1. sales order level (high risk customer)
2. delivery level (medium risk customer)
3. goods issue level( low risk customer)

when ever we are creating a rental contracts, if we go for the item level data in va44, revenue is not recognizing, which leads the plant and division is not copied in the item level data, please send if any one knows the answer ASAP.
