ans of this question is ut self in the que.
how-
5000/(root3)*11=262.43 aproxx=263
and in case of overloading it becomes 300 to 315A.

Answer / serwox
Answer depends on what percentage overload a transformer can
accept. For a tx that can accept a 120% overload, the
current is 315A.

Actually it depends upon designer. If we asked designer to
designed for 125% overload, he will provide cooling per
current loading on 125% overload to restrict Hot Spot Temp.
of the winding & Top oil temp. respective to max. ambient
temp.
In this case, we can provide loading of 437A in
terms of ampere on top rating with Hot spot temp & top oil
temp in control on top rating. Actually transformer has
three rating OA/FA/FA. If this transformer is OA/FA/FA then
we can provide this loading.
If it is self cooled then 263A is max. loading.

If the word rated current comes, then it is actually safe n maximum permissible limit....Obviously,the machine will misbehave when crossed this limit...to save the machine or to avoid failures, extra cooling may be required that is also within tolerable range...again the manufacturer may declare that value as a rated current which is itself little bit away from tripping or breakdown or danger zone of tolerance....finally ,it is solely depend upon manufacturer n in turn the quality of raw material used to design the machine....

The question did not talk about cooling and Tap Changer Type.
If over loaded, voltage drop and over heating may occur.
Therefore given rated current 263 A is correct.

Answer / sam
That depends on the rated output's power factor and the
load power factor.
