power factor is in leading condition means the system is capacitive as in a capacitor current leads voltage. It also suggest that the system is running under low load or zero load condition. Excess reactive power may cause higher receiving end voltage than the sending end (ferranti effect). 

they transformer oil leakeage to beather tank and top parts . they protection relayes was not operated.what is the oil leakeage problem.
