How to restrict particular Tcode in Role. while these not
assignsed in role?

As the Tcode is not needed in the role. simply remove it.
If SM01 is use it will lock the Tcode in the SAP instance
and it will affect all the roles in the instance

PFCG is the T Code for creating Role and to restrict a
particular T Code one should assign in Profiles and
Parameters and can restrict the T Code and can transport
the same to Particular User.
