Central instance is the one where the message service and
the Enqueue serveice is found.
Application server is host for different services like
dialog, backgroup, update, spool.

Enque server will be installed on the central
instace.Generally there will be only one enque server ,
which will be installed on the Central instace.
From transaction sm51 we can see Central instace and all
application servers. Only central instace will be having
the enque server.
