Guys.. Plz understand the question first... Its a generic
question.. Wts ur greatest weekness/?..
So its answer should also be very generic.. Dnt mention any
professional weekness.. or give any chance to the
interviewr to grill u throughout the interview.
Afterall hes not ur family or friend..
So be kind to him and answer that like all human beings
even u do have some weeknesses..
For eg.. I would answer.:-
Sir, Ofcourse I do have a major weekness.. I am a complete
chocolate freak.. I love chocolates.. and its really hard
to resist at times..(With a soft laughter making atmosphere
stress free)
...Please never mention things that are not available
everywhere..
I have seen people mentioning A/C, anguish nature,
impatience, smile, Mumma's handmade food, family etc as
their weekness.. plz understand that they are somewhere
related to ur professional life and moreover through such
answers interviewer tries to judge ur compatibility with ur
surroundings.
