ticket is nothing but an new funtionality in sap that the
endusers needed for better usage.or it is a bug or gap or we
can say that its requirement they needed.we will get a
tickets in real time thru ticketing tool like citrix..

A ticket is nothing but a solve the problem/ or it is a bug
it will derives from the enduser where the real data is used
in the business transactions. if any error occured in the
Real Business Transactons then they will send the Bug throgh
the mail by using the tool "PENGUIN".
That is called a Ticket.

1.Ticket means one of the issue faced by the end
user .Whenevr enduser will face the problem then he will
raise a ticket in a tool like "PENGUIN" or "USD60" like
that some other tools are there.

2.Just like a bug to solve(ie issue).
