Personnel Management is is management of employees in
organisation.

Now there is again slight difference in Personnel
Management & Human Resource Management i.e. Personnel
management is more administrative in nature, dealing with
payroll, complying with employment law, and handling
related tasks. Human resources, on the other hand, is
responsible for managing a workforce as one of the primary
resources that contributes to the success of an
organization.

i am a law graduate having passed out in the year 2007. I want to change my profession and go into HR. As i dont know the basics of HR, i want to do a certified course first. Hi i am have completed my PGDBM(HR) in 2006, since then i did not work anywhere more than one month although i did many jobs. i do not have any certificate in my hand. Hello Everyone , I have done Graduation and a diploma in aviation & Hospitality, planning to do MBA in HR Mgt and i have one and half year of experience in admin. Front office executive and now i m working as a help desk executive but now i want myself to work with HR dept . But in interview i won't be able to answer that why am i changing my profile to get into HR Dept? Please help me to answer this question thank you.
