First of all, Personal Management is Management for Self &
Personnel Management is is management of employees in
organisation.
Now there is again slight difference in Personnel
Management & Human Resource Management i.e. Personnel
management is more administrative in nature, dealing with
payroll, complying with employment law, and handling
related tasks. Human resources, on the other hand, is
responsible for managing a workforce as one of the primary
resources that contributes to the success of an
organization.

i am a law graduate having passed out in the year 2007. I want to change my profession and go into HR. As i dont know the basics of HR, i want to do a certified course first. But my parents are insisting that i do a SAP (HR) course instead. I don't have a science or computer background so i am not sure if i can handle SAP without knowing the basics of HR.
