This will be depending upon projects,
in my project(development project) my onsite co-ordinator
will be assign to me with marked as CC to my Manager, after
i have to give estimations and if any issues, i have to
raise issues log, once i got confirmation from him, i have
to prepare TS and development then i have to prepare UTR,
once development complated, i will send mail to my manager
to assign some for Code review and testing(QA). all finish
all code review issues, then i will delivery the object.

and also in support and maintenance projects, functional
people will raises the tickets and send to developers.
developers will do the modifications according to the tickets.
tickets means issues,like adding or deleting fields.
