why do u select to do MBA in HR after doing B.Sc in physics?..

HR is a line which is required in almost all kind of
organisation's, It is the core function of any org. and to
be in a career which can have an administration
orientation, that suits my interests and so I choose to go
for HR. Also, HR is a career which does not mandatorily
require a back ground in management but any graduation only
because I think, handling administration and managing
resourses for a company does not require any theoritical
knowledge of my previous graduation studies but depends on
my management and analytical skills that is important
requirement for HR.

physics is subject where you need analyze a lot of
things,imagine understand why relatig it to hr is you feel
same kind over here,you need to under stand people analyze
them whether ther are fit to the job are not how long they
stay inthe company how they feel about the company it is
really big taskand also challenging that is why ichoose mba
and espceially hr

DEALS WITH THE PRINCIPLES AND PAST EXPERIENCES BUT THE
SUBJECT OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEALS WITH HOW TO RECRUIT ,
SELECT AN EMPLOYEE ACCORDING TO THEIR SKILLS THEY HAVE .
