management we can't further process on it at time release
strategy logic come.Some transation is release like
purchase order, capex, purchase requisition.

Release strategy is a process of approvals needed for
certain documents Ex - PO, PR by authorised persons ex -
Manager. this can be achived by different ways ex - through
Tcode - ME29N or ME28 for PO, also this can be achived by
Workflow. The approvals are for different scenarios ex -
High Cost, Plant specific etc...

After creation of Purchase Requisition, the document has to
be approved by competent authority before the purchase
department can initiate action against this. In SAP, this
will be achieved by applying a release strategy for the
purchase requisitions. All PRs will have two levels of
release.
