The main difference is the taxation system.
USA have benefits, garnishments and India have
allowances.Our Financial year start on First of April but
in USA start on January first.

quite more as and when compared to benifits recived by the

In US payroll due to Weekly/Biweekly/Semi Monthly payroll,
payroll period and FI Posting period does not have One to
one Relation. So accounting term ACCRUALS is done.

So we need to handle this Via Processing class 79 N also In
Posting to FI Configuration - Month End accrual.
In USA Payroll there is sepearte Sub schema UAC0.


Where as in india payroll is done in monthly basis so is FI
accounting period.
